CLEAR CANCELLATION AND REFUND TERMS

Nexus Flow One sells customized professional services rather than standard returnable goods. This policy explains cancellation, rescheduling, and refund requests. A written project agreement with different terms controls for that engagement.
Before production begins
A package purchase reserves project intake. You may request cancellation within 72 hours if discovery, strategy, design, development, content work, account setup, procurement, or other work has not begun. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, less non-refundable processing fees or third-party costs we cannot recover, where permitted by law.
After work begins
Once work begins, fees associated with completed discovery, meetings, research, strategy, design, development, writing, setup, project management, reserved production time, approved milestones, and non-cancellable commitments are not refundable. If a project is cancelled before completion, we review the work record and calculate any unearned balance after completed work, approved expenses, and commitments.
Completed and delivered work
Completed milestones, approved deliverables, delivered files, custom designs, written content, configured systems, and launched or transferred websites are not returnable. A change in preference does not create a refund right after work is completed according to scope.
Client delays and inactivity
Delayed content, access, decisions, payment, or feedback may move the schedule. Projects inactive for 30 days may be paused and rescheduled according to availability. Projects inactive for 60 days may require a restart fee or revised scope. Payments for completed work and reserved production time remain non-refundable.
Rescheduling
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a schedule change requested before a milestone begins. Repeated changes, urgent turnaround, or changes after resources are committed may require a new schedule or fee.
Scope or fit discovered during intake
If discovery shows the package is unsuitable, we may recommend a revised scope, different package, or cancellation. If Nexus Flow One declines the engagement before substantive work begins, the unused amount will be refunded.
Third-party charges
Domains, hosting, themes, apps, software, fonts, stock media, advertising spend, contractors, and other third-party charges are governed by their providers and are non-refundable by Nexus Flow One once purchased or committed.
Requesting review
Email contact Nexus Flow One through our secure contact page with the purchaser name, order number, package, reason, and requested resolution. We will review project status and respond with the applicable calculation or next step. Approved refund timing depends on Shopify, the payment provider, and your financial institution.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer right under applicable law.
