Nexus Flow One builds connected digital growth systems: strategy, website design and development, branding, conversion planning, search foundations, content strategy, marketing direction, advertising strategy, and launch support.

Who is Nexus Flow One for?

We work with service businesses, professional firms, local businesses, startups, established companies, organizations, and growth-minded teams that need a clearer and more credible digital presence.

What types of businesses do you serve?

The website is organized around more than 340 business types across home and property, construction and trades, professional and B2B, health and wellness, retail and hospitality, education, technology, automotive, real estate, nonprofit, creative, and other service categories.

Can you work with a business that is just starting?

Yes. Website Essential is designed for a business with a clear offer that needs a professional foundation. Business Launch is better when positioning, identity, messaging, and launch planning also need to be developed.

Can you help me choose a package?

Yes. Contact Nexus Flow One with your business type, goals, current website, budget, and timeline for a package recommendation.

Packages and pricing

Are the package prices fixed?

Yes. Each listed price is fixed for the base scope shown on the package and product page. Additional work is never added without written approval.

It means the maximum number of standard website pages included in that package. Campaign landing pages are counted separately when listed.

What is a campaign landing page?

It is a focused page built around a specific audience, offer, campaign, or conversion goal rather than part of the main website navigation.

Scope and deliverables

What do all packages have in common?

Packages are built around a professional responsive experience, clear information architecture, an appropriate lead or conversion path, launch checks, SEO foundations where listed, and handoff within the selected scope.

What is not included in the base price?

Unless specifically listed, additional pages, extra revisions, ecommerce catalogs, custom software, complex integrations, paid apps, domain or hosting fees, licensed media, printing, advertising spend, ongoing maintenance, ongoing SEO, legal advice, and rush delivery are separate.

Can I add work later?

Yes. We define the addition, explain its price and timing, and receive written approval before adding it.

Are integrations included?

Only when the selected package lists them. Complete Growth System includes up to 3 standard integrations subject to compatibility and access.

Do you build ecommerce websites?

Ecommerce, product catalogs, subscriptions, and advanced commerce functionality are separate scopes unless specifically included.

Timelines and approvals

How long does a project take?

Typical production windows after discovery and receipt of required materials are: Website Essential 2–4 weeks; Website + Brand 3–5 weeks; Business Launch 4–6 weeks; Growth Launch 6–8 weeks; Complete Growth System 8–12 weeks.

When does the timeline begin?

The production window begins after discovery is complete and the required content, assets, access, decisions, and approvals are available.

Are timelines guaranteed?

No. They are typical windows affected by feedback speed, content readiness, approvals, technical requirements, and third-party systems.

Can you rush my project?

Rush work is not included. Mention the deadline before purchase so feasibility, staffing, scope, and any rush pricing can be reviewed.

What can delay a project?

Missing content, late feedback, changed direction after approval, unavailable access, delayed third parties, legal review, and new requirements outside scope can move the schedule.

How do approvals work?

Strategy, structure, design, content, functionality, and launch readiness are reviewed at planned milestones. One authorized contact should coordinate final feedback.

Revisions and feedback

How many revisions are included?

Website Essential, Website + Brand, and Business Launch include 2 consolidated revision rounds. Growth Launch and Complete Growth System include 3.

What is a consolidated revision round?

It is one coordinated set of feedback from the authorized project contact.

What if I need more revisions?

Additional rounds, new concepts, or changes after approval are quoted separately before the work is performed.

Can several people give feedback?

Yes, but one authorized person should consolidate the final direction for each review round.

What if my business direction changes?

We evaluate the change, explain its effect on scope and timing, and document additional work before proceeding.

Client intake and materials

What information do you need from me?

The intake asks for your name, company, email, optional phone, website URL, industry, location, services, budget, timeline, goals, current-site problems, and anything else Nexus Flow One should know.

What files should I provide?

Useful materials include logos, brand colors and fonts, photos, videos, written content, pricing, testimonials or permissions, competitor links, social links, domain and hosting details, Google Business Profile details, legal policies, and approved access.

Do I need a logo before we start?

Can you use my photos and videos?

Yes, when you provide files you have the right to use. Licensed media, photography, video production, and extensive editing are separate unless listed.
