Nexus Flow One provides professional digital services. We do not currently ship physical merchandise as part of the listed website and growth packages.
Order confirmation and intake
After purchase, Shopify provides an electronic order confirmation. Nexus Flow One will contact the email supplied at checkout to begin intake, request business information, confirm scope, and establish the project schedule. Please allow up to two business days for initial project communication.
How services are delivered
Services are delivered electronically through email, video meetings, shared documents, project-management tools, website platforms, cloud storage, or account transfer. The project agreement identifies milestones, estimated timing, client responsibilities, and the final delivery method.
Delivery timing
Completion depends on scope, content readiness, technical complexity, third-party services, payment, and timely feedback. Any estimate before discovery is preliminary. A confirmed production schedule is provided after requirements and responsibilities are documented.
Third-party products and accounts
Domains, hosting, apps, software, and other outside services may be delivered or activated directly by their providers and are governed by their terms, availability, and fees.
Incorrect contact information
You are responsible for providing an accurate email and checking order and project communications. If an expected message has not arrived, check spam or junk folders and contact us.
